Activity Detail View
Activity details can be found after selecting a specific activity to view. There are several tabs within the activity view including: Overview, Recap, Survey, Media, and Files.
In the activity overview tab you can view details of the activity including the Date/Time, Assigned Users, Activity Information and Place Information.
1. The date and time are specific to an activity.
2. The Place details are displayed below the Date and Time Details. Places are assigned directly to an event, each activity assigned to an event will automatically inherit the place. In the Place Details on the Activity Overview Tab you can view the place on a map, choose to view the place profile in okapi, receive directions, view the address, and view place information like hours of operation, website, and phone number. Note: the place information is pulled directly from Google Places because of okapi's integration with Google Places.
3. Assigned users will be displayed in icon form. Users can see the full name of assigned users by scrolling over the icon. Note: if an activity has no assigned users, this information box will not be displayed.
4. Activity information is displayed on the right side of the Activity Overview tab. Activity ID, Activity Description, Activity Type, Program and Event are displayed for every activity.
If Web-Based Surveys are enabled the Activity Information will include the Web Survey URL and Web Survey QR Code. Within the Web Survey QR Code image, users have the option to expand and download the image.
Lastly, you can navigate to Recap, Surveys, Media and Files from the Activity Overview tab.
The Recap tab shows the recap for the activity. Before a recap has been completed and submitted users have the ability to edit responses and save the form. Note that the image below shows this activity is in Draft status.
Once a recap has been completed and submitted users can view the responses but not edit them. Note that the image below shows the recap in Approved status.
Survey responses for a particular activity can be found within the activity's survey tab. You can see which survey template was used and how many responses were received.
Media can be assigned to specific activities. You can upload media to be associated with an activity by navigating to the media tab in an activity. You have the ability to drag and drop pieces of media or choose media directly from their computer library by selecting Click or drag file to upload or dragging media over the inbox icon.
Note: If media has been added to the parent event it will be displayed within the activity media tab but cannot be edited or deleted. To edit or delete media associated with an event please navigate to the event media tab.
You can filter the media display by selecting Filters which expands the filter menu. Media can be filtered by whether the media is attached to an event or activity and what type of media file it is.
Media items can be expanded, downloaded, and deleted.
Media items can be tagged, select +New Tag button and a pick list of tags will show. Multiple tags can be added to a media item.
Lastly, media can be searched by tag using the search bar.
Files can be assigned to specific events. You can upload files to be associated with an activity by navigating to the files tab in an activity. Users have the ability to drag and drop files or choose files directly from their computer library by selecting "Click or drag file to upload" or dragging files over the inbox icon.
Note: If files have been added to the parent event they will be displayed within the activity files tab but cannot be edited or deleted. To edit or delete files associated with an event please navigate to the event files tab.
You can filter the files display by selecting Filters which expands the filter menu. Files can be filtered by whether it is attached to an event or activity.
You can edit a file name by selecting the pencil icon and then selecting the green check mark to save changes. Files can be deleted by selecting the red delete icon.
Lastly, files can be searched by name in the search box.
