Event Views, Filters, & Exports
Users can view the Events tab by navigating to the left-hand menu and selecting Events.
The Event tab has two views: List View and Calendar View.
List View displays the Events in table format.
Calendar View displays Events in a calendar format. The calendar can be displayed by Month, Week, Day or Agenda.
Filters allow users to filter events based on the following options: Status, Start Date, Event Type, Campaign, Program, Region, Market.
- Click the Filters button to display the options on the right of the screen.
- Select the appropriate filters to meet your needs
- Click Apply
- Click the "x" in the top right-hand corner of the filters pane to close the filters
Users can use the Search bar to search for events by event name.
Additionally, by clicking the arrows to the right of each column heading users have the ability to sort the table is ascending or descending order.
In the Events tab users can export event data at any time. Choosing Export Data will generate a comma delimited file (CSV) for download. If filters have been previously applied, the filtered data shown on the screen will also be exported in the export file.
Note: A red number indicator will display over the Clear Filters button if filters have been applied.
In the example above, the CSV download shows in the bottom left hand side of the screen. Depending on the user's web browsers, the download may be available in other locations.
