Users can reset password in two ways:
If a you have access to your account, follow the steps below.
1. Click your name in the top, right-hand corner of the screen to view the pick list
2. Select My Profile from the pick list
3. Select Edit Profile
4. Navigate to the Password tab within your profile
5. Change password and click Save
If you don't have access to your account, click the Forgot Password link on the login page. This enables you to reset your password using the email address connected to your account.
Note: Users unable to access their okapi account or their registered email address will not be able to reset their password.
