General Overview: Campaign
Campaigns are a way to categorize events, they are one of the four main reporting buckets within the platform. Campaigns are defined by time and budget. All campaigns have a start and end date along with a budget.
Just like your organization's budget, okapi helps you track the amount of money allocated to events and the amount of money you have spent on events. The budget can be tracked if you complete the event budget & budget spent fields on the event level.
The option to include an okapi Index Score is also managed at the campaign level. The okapi Index Score is a way to score events within a campaigns and allows you to compare on event to another. Please speak with you okapi representative for help on implementing the okapi index score.
